Candidate-reported interview process

I had to present my PhD project first. After that, they asked me questions about deposition techniques, specifically Atomic Layer Deposition. They were really looking for people with experience in epitaxial growth and ALD.

So, to kick things off, you just need to introduce yourself, like you're just chatting with friends, super casual. Then they'll ask you some questions about your final year project (FYP). Just make sure you're prepped and ready to answer whatever they throw at you.

The hiring manager emailed me and set up a phone call. The call went fine, and he then asked me to get ready for an onsite/zoom interview by preparing a candidate presentation. After that, I was completely ghosted, with no responses to my emails or follow-up interviews. It was a total waste of my time and unprofessional!
