It was an on-site interview, and the interviewers were friendly. They were happy to explain things and gave me a really complete tour of the plant. They also introduced me to some of the people who are actually doing the job. The interview lasted about an hour.

The interview process was straightforward. Upon arrival, I had to check in with security to get a visitor's badge and was then led to a waiting area with other candidates. The staff were welcoming and offered beverages like water or coffee. The wait time for the interview was minimal, about 15-20 minutes at most.
