Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was smooth and quick. They asked about my experience and customer interaction. They also inquired about my problem-solving approach and asked me to detail a specific problem I faced, including the troubleshooting steps I took.

I was contacted by Xelvin recruiting for a role. The first step was an online interview where they asked me about my work experience, skills, and if I was open to learning Dutch. After that, there was a big in-person interview session in Cape Town. Later on, another Xelvin person got in touch with me.

The hiring process kicked off with a two-day event. Day one involved an online presentation about the company's culture and objectives, and a discussion about the available roles. Day two focused on the initial application interviews designed to filter candidates before proceeding to subsequent interview rounds.
