Candidate-reported interview process

We had a 30 minute Google Meet call which included both behavioral and technical questions. It was a pretty easy interview, not like leetcode, more of a chat with the engineer.

Applied through the job site and got a reply after about a week. First, there was an HR call, lasting around 20 minutes, where we discussed general interview questions and expectations. After that, I had interviews with the manager. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming and the interview experience was great.

It's a standard interview process for engineers. You'll have a phone interview first, then a full day of 30-minute 1-on-1s. There's also a presentation involved. They're open to people with non-traditional backgrounds and degrees outside of engineering.
