You'll start with a Hirevue where you'll talk about your past experiences and what you know about the company. After that, there's an interview with the hiring manager. This is a behavioral interview where they'll go through your resume and experience. They're really interested in seeing if you have any machining experience or are familiar with it.
I did a quick 5-minute HireVue. It wasn't technical, mostly about me. It was pretty easy and moved fast. I had two minutes to prep and then one minute to answer each question.
My application process at this company has three rounds. First, I have an introductory meeting lasting about 45-60 minutes with HR. In this, I talk about my background, experience, and motivation for this role. I also get the chance to ask questions about the company, the team, and the job content. If this meeting goes well, I'm invited for an assessment. During the assessment, I do various assignments, tests, and possibly a case study relevant to the role. This takes half a day or a full day, depending on the complexity of the position. The final step is an end-of-process interview with my future manager and someone from HR.
