Candidate-reported interview process

There was a long time between applying and getting a decision. They used a good AI bot for scheduling and reminders, but my interviews still got rescheduled a lot after we agreed on times (which can happen).

The whole thing was pretty fast and simple, like two main parts. First, a quick chat to introduce myself, talk about my past work, and answer some questions about the job. It was chill, just to see if I'd be a good fit and if they liked me. Then, the next part was more serious with the hiring manager, digging deeper into what I know, asking me what I'd do in certain situations, and how I'd handle actual work.

First, I had a screening call with the company recruiter over the phone, where they asked about my reasons for being interested in the company. Then, I had my first interview with the manager and a team member via a Teams meeting. They asked about my skills and past experience, and we mutually agreed that this job wasn't the right fit for me and that my application didn't suit their profile.
