ASML Program Manager interviews, decoded.

After applying, I had a recruiter call, then a hiring manager chat. After that, it was radio silent. No updates on my application status at all, and that's after I sent two follow-up emails to the recruiter. I only found out months later that I didn't get the job when I received an automated survey saying 'even though you weren't selected'. It felt like I was just another administrative task rather than a person throughout this whole interview process. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a 1-on-1 with the hiring manager, followed by three 1-hour interviews, each with two interviewers.

Applied online, had a pre-interview call with the recruiter, and then an interview with the line manager. The questions were pretty standard and focused on understanding my background. The final interview was only 30 minutes long.
