Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a brief chat with HR to check availability and other details. Then, there was an hour-long interview with a peer Product Owner and a Scrum Master. This interview covered my CV, experience, and motivations for joining ASML.

They don't have a real product for the PO role. They have followed the scaled agile framework too seriously and created unnecessary PO roles. It's a very complex organization. If you are really looking for an impact in your job as a PO, it's not a good fit. For a generic PO role, it's best suited.

HR reached out via email, and I had my first interview with a Project Manager. The second interview was with the hiring manager. The process was mainly behavioral questions and discussing my current experience.
