Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process started with a HireVIEW interview where I had some time to prepare my answers, and it was mostly behavioral. Then, I had a second interview on Zoom with the team manager. This was a mix of getting to know me and included two technical engineering questions at the end.

We had an initial screening call with HR, followed by a second call with the hiring manager. The first call was mostly behavioral questions, and the second interview was very technical, covering a lot of stuff from my Mechanical Engineering curriculum.

The recruiter and hiring manager were remote for the first part, then there were two breakout group interviews on site. Overall it was a good experience. They were pretty fast in scheduling the next interviews.
