Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a screening call, then had an online interview with the hiring manager. Finally, went for an onsite interview with the entire hiring team and other team members. The three one-hour onsite interviews were quite challenging.

it was a pretty standard interview process. first, i had a call with the recruiter, then talked to the hiring manager. after that, i interviewed with some other team members. there were also presentations where i talked about what i did in my past research or company roles. no tough or tricky questions were asked.

The first step was a HireVue, which had all behavior-based questions. They mostly asked about how my past experiences fit the role and my education. For instance, they asked about my favorite class and my understanding of ASML.
