Candidate-reported interview process

It was a generic interview, but the candidate I was looking for didn't match my seniority level. They didn't ask any technical questions. They did ask about my availability to travel. It was a very informal conversation, and the interviewer got straight to the point without asking the usual questions.

The interview process involved standard questions such as introducing yourself, explaining why you applied for the job, and why you believe we should hire you. You'll also be asked about challenges faced in previous work and reasons for leaving your last job.

It was one half day onsite with 3 different interviews. First you introduce your experience, previous project. Then there was a case study, and which you can prepare before. In general not that difficult.
