Candidate-reported interview process

The meeting topic wasn't clear with the 4 different Team Leads. It felt like a staged event, which I realized later on. Usually, you can figure out their goal even in a tough interview.

It was a coffee chat with the manager during my internship (master thesis) at the company. Following that, there was a technical interview, mostly about my past internship experiences. Then, an interview with the manager focused on behavioral questions and assessing team fit.

The interview was really chill and nice. You just need to prepare for general questions. They asked about my past experience. There were 3 interviewers who introduced themselves, and then I had to explain myself.
