It was just one round with a senior and a lead, and it was pretty chill and respectful. They aren't asking for super high requirements; curiosity and motivation are way more important. The motivation letter is used during the screening process, where I mentioned something not on my CV but it luckily related to the team's work.
I got through to the first round, which was a phone call with a tech recruiter. It felt pretty standard, like they were reading from a script.
After applying for the Data Science Intern role, it took about 4 months to hear back. I received an email from the Recruiter to do an initial round on Hirevue. Unfortunately, I was rejected after a week in that Hirevue round.
