Candidate-reported interview process

Had an online call with HR for some quick checks, then an online call with the team managers. After that, there was an on-site meeting with sr management. I also had to do a personality/capability test between the 2nd and 3rd round, but it wasn't brought up in any of the conversations. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional.

The interview process consisted of three rounds of conversations, including an introductory chat, a case study, and a management discussion. All the conversations were relaxed. The focus was on finding a good fit between the employee and the employer, rather than on right or wrong answers.

It was just a few questions about the role and my education and my ambitions and so on. In short, it seemed like every other conversation ever. You understand, I think, and I have almost 30 words.
