Candidate-reported interview process

It was a two-stage interview process. First, you talked to your potential supervisor, and if that went well, you had another interview with the manager of the department you might be joining. There weren't any direct technical questions or tests. They mostly focused on your education, any projects you've worked on, extracurricular activities, and what your goals and motivations are.

the interview ghosted me. Didnt even tell me about my decision. Glassdoor gives you an inside look at what it's like to work at OptiSigns, including salaries, reviews, office photos, and more. This is the OptiSigns company

I had an interview almost a year ago for an internship. There were two rounds. The first was with the manager, and the second was with the manager and another person. It went okay, and they didn't ask tough questions because it was just for an internship.
