After four interviews, I was ghosted. I didn't get any thank you, just silence, and they told me they found someone else. I followed up twice with HR and got no response. If this is how they conduct their interview process, then working there must be awful.
The whole process lasted 3 months. I applied online and HR contacted me after 1.5 months. Then there were hiring manager and panel interviews that took another 1.5 months. The questions were average and more conversational. The only downside was the lack of communication from HR; you had to figure out yourself if they moved on with other candidates. If you are not from nonprofit organizations , you should ask how open they are to selecting candidates from different industries.
It was a three-step process: first HR, then the Controller, and finally the CFO. It took longer than I expected between each step, maybe due to scheduling or the time of year. HR did give me an update once. The whole thing took over 30 days from start to finish.
