Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty chill interview process, they were good about it. Started with a quick call about my background and why I wanted the job. Then there was like one or two more interviews where they asked about my experience, skills, and how I solve stuff. The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfy, and I got to ask questions too. They kept me in the loop and let me know what was going on.

Had 1 HR screening via video and 1 hiring manager interview via video. I was informed that there might be an additional team member interview and a panel presentation for 3-4 people, but we didn't move past the HM interview.

Went through one interview with the hiring manager. They handled everything via an ATS, which made it impossible to contact anyone with questions or to send thank you notes. I received a rejection email that was automated, not from a person. Based on these impersonal interactions, it felt like the company lacked a strong culture compared to others.
