I was referred for this position, so I didn't talk to HR directly, just emailed them for scheduling. I spoke with the Director, the Hiring Manager, and another team member. Unfortunately, it seemed like they were pretty far along in their interview process by the time they got to me.

It was a 3-step hiring process: first HR screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a task. I thought it went well because the VP, who was covering for HR, said I did great. But the hiring manager seemed really not interested during our chat. I got an automated rejection email and never got any feedback when I asked for it.

The recruiter seemed unsure of what they were doing and they were making up the process as they went along. I felt like I was being strung along for weeks, and they kept adding new steps to the process. Overall, it doesn't seem like a company I'd want to work for.
