Candidate-reported interview process

The process was normal and easy. The first round was a test, the second round was technical, and the last round was with HR. They asked JavaScript, Java, and DevOps related questions.

i went through multiple interviews for this role, some were virtual and others required me to travel to their main office, but they never updated me on the outcome.

The hiring process for an IT Technician role usually kicks off with a screening phase where your resume and cover letter are reviewed. If you pass that, you'll likely have a phone interview to go over your skills and experience. Candidates who do well in the phone screening might then be invited for an in-person interview. During this interview, they'll ask you specific technical questions to check your expertise. Some companies might also give you practical tests to see your technical skills in action. Finally, if they find the right person, there's a stage where you negotiate the job offer terms.
