It was a super chill interview process and everyone was so nice! There were about four interviews in total! First you meet with HR, then the Assistant Buyer, and then who your boss would be along with many people who you would work alongside!
Got invited by HR to schedule a meeting after applying. But then, on the week of the interview, they cancelled the confirmed time without a heads-up and asked to interview within 24 hours, saying if I couldn’t make it, I’d “miss out on the interview process.” The interview itself was super short, like 15 minutes. The recruiter didn’t even introduce themselves, tell me about the role, or give me a chance to ask questions. The talk felt disengaged, didn’t touch on my motivation, experience, or if I was a good fit. It all just felt rushed and not professional.
It was a really nice and easy interview, the staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. They told me a lot about what the job is like and asked me why I was interested and what I could contribute.
