We had to wait a bit for our turn. It was a group interview with four people total, and three of us interviewing. They asked standard questions based on our resumes. The next interview was a group discussion where a different set of observers watched us talk about a social topic.
It was a 2 step process and included a discussion. The last step was a detailed and difficult board interview. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and they seemed to value candidates with a strong service mindset, even if it wasn't directly related to the role.
It was a nice experience, and they were very accommodating. It's also fun and you don't feel any pressure. Just be confident and believe in yourself. The process starts with a test, then an initial interview, and if you pass that, you go directly to the final interview.
