The interviewer was nice and told me a lot about the job. For the first 10 minutes, I watched a company video. She also mentioned that volunteer roles can become full-time jobs.
It was online because of the pandemic. First, there was a screen, then a panel Q&A with other staff. They seemed interested in me as an individual and valued what ACRS could do for my career development, as well as the expertise I could bring.
The interview process was standard, but it took a really long time to hear back after applying. I had interviews with two staff members.
