Candidate-reported interview process

It was about 3-4 interviews, and things moved pretty fast. The questions were pretty standard, nothing too tough. The whole thing took a few weeks, including some negotiation time. They were great at keeping me updated on what was next.

I sent my CV to their email and they followed up a few days later to schedule an interview. I had two interviews with the staff, and they were both friendly and concise. I really liked the experience.

I sent in my application and then talked with the program leaders. During the call, we went over my resume, what I've done before, and why I wanted this job. The job was mostly to help with their summer youth leadership program.
