There were 3 interviews total. First a phone call, then a formal interview with the general manager, and finally a floor interview. The floor interview is the most important because you meet the other coaches and, more importantly, the kids. After the floor interview, the GM checks with the other coaches to see if you'd be a good fit and work well with the kids. My best advice is to be calm, interact with the kids a lot, and ask lots of questions.
I applied online, and then had an email interview, followed by a phone interview, then an in-person interview, and finally a floor interview. It was quite a process, but totally worth it!
It was a multi-step process. You apply online through the website. Then there was an emailed interview, a phone interview, an in-person interview, and an on-the-floor interview. As you went through these, your application was reviewed. The whole thing took about two weeks. If you got the job, they'd contact you and put you on the schedule.
