The interview process was extremely unprofessional. The interviewer changed the meeting time on Teams 30 minutes before it was scheduled, even though I had taken the day off for it. I emailed them for clarification but received no response. This company clearly doesn't value candidates' time. I eventually met with the team supervisor at the new time, but they didn't apologize or even mention the schedule change. The interview itself was brief, and the interviewer seemed indifferent.
The first interview was a phone call to introduce the position and the company. The second interview was virtual and covered work experience, product knowledge, and problem-solving approaches. They mentioned the company will provide training after onboarding.
I sent my CV and cover letter via email and waited two weeks for a reply. The manager attempted to schedule an interview, and I proposed a time for the following week, but received no confirmation. I sent another email and called twice, but still haven't heard back.
