I got this unexpected call from what seemed like a new HR intern, who didn't even introduce herself or explain the role. She just started asking phone screen questions right away. It was really weird because it was out of the blue and gave me a bad impression. Then, they sent a generic rejection letter the next day, even though I thought I answered everything well. I have no idea who I even spoke to since they didn't send an email or contact info. It was just super strange.
It was quick and easy. Asked a lot of behavioral questions and what is to be expected when on the job. Some technical questions of what you are learning and stuff.
It went well, the interview felt like a simple conversation, time flew by. The interview lasted 15 minutes and I had to submit my CV and cover letter.
