The interview process is pretty straightforward if you have experience and know how to interview. I got hired the day after my interview, which went very well for me. Experience in the field is required for this job.
The interview process was short. It started with a 45-minute preliminary phone interview. Then there was a follow-up in-person interview that was brief but thorough. The in-person interview happened the same day and included introductions to the staff, clientele, and facility. It seemed like standard practice for an interview, nothing out of the ordinary. The staff were good.
I applied online and heard back for a phone call about a week later. Then I had an in-person interview with the supervisor and was hired on the spot.
