Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview is with HR over the phone. If you do well in that stage, you'll be asked to meet with a partner. This interview was a bit informal and not really structured, but I guess it depends on the partner.

It was a pretty straightforward and pleasant interview with three associates. The interviewers were really focused and paid attention the whole time. They were respectful to the candidates. Overall, it was a good interview experience.

I had two interviews for this role. It was a casual conversation. I met with two potential bosses and the head of the department. They inquired about any additional languages I speak and my proficiency in them. I also had to complete a translation test as part of the interview.
