It was a three week vacation scheme, at the end of which there was a partner interview, involving a case study on a commercial issue. They also asked competency questions and quite a few questions about the firm specifically.
It was a friendly interview process - all the people I came across, from all levels including partners, were nice and friendly and the office is also very visually appealing.
The interview process involved an online game test, which was fun but tough, followed by an HR interview that was pretty relaxed. Then there was a written Chinese/English translation test, and I'm not sure why I didn't pass that one, before the final interview.
