Candidate-reported interview process

I went through four interview stages with various partners. Sadly, I haven't heard back with any feedback or a decision, not even a rejection email. I'd expect a reputable firm to at least provide some feedback.

So I applied by sending in my cover letter and resume. Then there was a test, and after that, two interviews. The whole thing took about five months, which felt way too long.

It was a really straightforward and easy interview process, and they were pretty flexible. There were three rounds total, where I met with two different partners. Then there was a follow-up phone call. I didn't get a chance to talk to someone at my level, but I bet if I'd asked, they would have let me.
