Candidate-reported interview process

I had my first interview with the current store manager, it was just a regular one on one chat asking me stuff about the brand, fashion, and sales. Then the second interview was a group thing with some other people applying.

The interview was a group interview. The store manager and a sales associate were present and polite. I waited in the dressing area until the interview started. Customers were friendly too.

The hr person that interviewed me was unprepared and it caught me off guard. It almost seemed like they hadn't even looked at my resume beforehand. They were asking me things that very clearly were not on my resume that seemed to be a requirement for the position, but was not listed in the job description/requirements. I don't even know why they called me in the first place if I wasn't a right fit. It just seems like a waste of time for both them and I. Halfway through the interview I just knew I wasn't going to get the job. It honestly left a really sour taste in my mouth.
