Recruiter phone interview first, then a follow-up interview with department leaders. Tip - look up Ashley Furniture's history before your interviews; they are proud of their history and values.
I was first contacted by a recruiter and was told the entire process would likely take 2-4 weeks. I spoke with the hiring manager and then the Director. After being informed it was my final interview, I received an email stating I needed to interview with another person. Following the completion of this third interview, I was asked to complete a challenge. The entire process felt quite disorganized, but since it was a new process due to Covid, I didn't mind it too much. I just wish the process had been outlined more clearly from the beginning.
Normally, I get tense and nervous before interviews. But after sitting with the team, for just a few seconds, I felt calm and knew I wanted this job.
