Candidate-reported interview process

A recruiter reached out, apologized for not being in touch earlier, and promised an offer quickly. However, the previous recruiter got involved again and did the same thing, promising an offer within 48 hours but then ghosting me. This recruiter might be bad at their job or favoring certain people, but they shouldn't be in tech recruiting. I advise others not to waste their time with this role as they are unprofessional and not serious.

I recently had a pretty bad interview experience where they accused me of looking at a monitor while I was answering questions. It was totally unfounded and weird. It makes me think this company has a bad culture and is negative towards candidates from the start. I'd say avoid this place.

It was a virtual interview. They mostly worked on MVC projects, so I focused on answering general C# .NET related questions. For example, they asked about the key differences between String and StringBuilder.
