Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty standard. I went in and waited in the break room. Then, I met with the manager in their office and answered some questions about sales techniques, a major sale I had closed, and a situation where I handled pressure well. The standard stuff. However, I wasn't a fan of the week-long training required in San Bernardino.

It was easy. I was asked about myself and my previous work experience. The interviewer made me feel comfortable too. So it was a nice experience for me. I was also asked if I could visit here from Scarborough or not, as it was quite far away.

The interview process at Ashley felt really professional and organized. They asked questions about me and my experiences, showing they want people who are keen to grow with the company. It was a good process that shows Ashley wants to hire people who are not only skilled but also ready for what's next.
