Candidate-reported interview process

It was intense. They asked about sales tactics and my history in sales. Also asked about my reasons for working hard and my 'why'. Then they took me on the floor and asked me to show how I would sell.

I first heard from a recruiter who sent over a survey to complete. Once finished, I had to get back to them. After that, the recruiter and I scheduled an interview with a manager. This interview was held at the store.

Overall, the interview process wasn't too difficult. However, there was a lack of enthusiasm towards the company, and it seemed like the hiring manager didn't enjoy working there. I hope in future interviews she would express what she likes about the company.
