Candidate-reported interview process

Got contacted for an interview pretty quickly after applying, within the same week. There were a few hiccups with the assessment interview, but it ended up going great.

It was pretty straightforward. We looked through my portfolio, and I got the offer right after the interview. They really wanted someone who was eager and planned to stay in Wisconsin.

It was an easy interview. I chatted with my future manager and showed them my portfolio. They extended an offer at the end of our conversation and then gave me a tour of the office.
