After I applied, they rang me up for an over the phone interview. Then, I had two more separate on site interviews at the facility. One was with the Manager and the second one was with another manager.
They were very professional, courteous, caring, and kind. They want you to be knowledgeable with addiction and have computer experience. Seems like a great staff to work for.
The interview process was really thorough and professional. They were really nice and seemed eager to teach, and it felt like a family there. The interview itself was over zoom, but they let me shadow a preceptor for 6 hours on a day that worked for me. I learned more during that shadowing experience than I have in any nursing orientation before!
