Candidate-reported interview process

First, I had a quick phone chat with HR and the hiring manager. Then, I met with the hiring manager in person again for what felt like the only real interview where they actually asked me questions to see if I was a good fit. The last meeting was with the company's President, which was more of a chat where he mostly talked about the company and how I might like working there.

The HR phone call was pretty short, only about 30 mins, and they just asked basic stuff about my work history. Then I had a longer hour-long interview with the Partner(s), where we talked about my experience, dealing with tough people, and managing stress.

Started with a phone call with HR for a general get-to-know-you and common situational questions. The second interview was also a phone call since I don't live in the area, involving a conference call with two managers.
