I interviewed with HR and the hiring manager. They never got back to me and completely ghosted me, which was unprofessional. They should have the decency to at least let me know I didn't get the job. I would not recommend this company.
you will have lots of interviews with other members of not just ashfield but the pharmaceutical company that you will be contracting with, interviews with all levels such as immediate boss and higher up corporate members
There were 2 interviews: the first was with Ashfield management (the hiring manager and the position manager), and the second was with Ashfield management and the client (which changes depending on the contract). They asked basic questions about your previous work experience as it relates to the job you're applying for. The second interview felt more like a "culture check" to see if your personality would be a good fit, and it felt casual the whole time. Overall, the interviews were generally low-pressure and informal. Very comfortable interviews. You should use the STAR interview method when preparing, because their questions will follow that format.
