Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved a first round with four people from different teams, followed by a second round with one person. Although it was a positive experience, it wasn't the right field of work for me, and it was a fully remote role, which isn't feasible for me right now. They were clear about the remote aspect from the start. Overall, it was a good experience.

The interview process was smooth for the most part. I think they do an average of two interviews.

I applied online and heard back by email in under two weeks. Then, I had to do a One-way video interview where they had pre-set questions that I had to answer within a time limit. They asked questions in both French and English, focusing on leadership, behavior, and decision-making.
