Candidate-reported interview process

It was super simple. First, I had a call with HR, and then one in-person meeting. They let me know about their decision about a week after I finished the interview. They made the whole thing really easy to follow.

Had an initial phone chat for about half an hour. Then, I had two in-person meetings with the managers. After that, I met with HR and someone from the marketing consultant team. The whole thing took about five weeks and wasn't too tough.

The interview process was lengthy and it took them a while to make a decision and offer. This seems to be pretty normal for them. A lot has changed since I interviewed there, like management and even how the company is structured. I don't know how the current managers do things. I can only speak to my own experience.
