The interview included a lot of tough questions, not really testing my knowledge but more to see how I'd react under pressure. I guess they were checking if my resume was legit. The manager was a bit harsh and didn't seem to think I'd make it, but he hired me. We eventually got along better, but then he left the company about a year later.
The interview process was very easy. The recruiter was polite and asked about security. The questions were mostly situational and behavioral. They might also ask you to introduce yourself.
The dispatch supervisor called me in for an interview to see how good I am with customers and drivers, especially with scheduling over the phone. They asked me questions about multitasking and working in a high-volume setting. I also had to take a drug test and a typing test. My results were then compared to other people who applied and had similar qualifications.
