It was pretty straightforward. First, they wanted to hear about my past experiences and education. Then, there were questions specific to the domain of the role I was applying for. They asked some algorithmic questions, but also problems that required more in-depth thinking to show my qualifications. They also asked me to design a system in detail.

For the first step, you have to introduce yourself by giving some details. They also ask something about your family. Then, you are expected to explain what you have done for an academic career at the university. At the end of the interview, they ask some technical questions about the position to be applied for.

First you'll get an email. Then there's an HR appointment to assess your personality. The second interview is more technical and covers your personal interests. The last interview is with the director of the department you applied to.
