I applied generally and got invited to interview. We did the first interview and I haven't heard back, good or bad. They asked general questions in the interview.
The interview process is fine and defined. It involves meeting with the department head who wants you and the HR representative. It might take a while because they have many candidates, so you might forget you even applied.
First, they asked me about my previous work and some personal stuff. Then, some basic technical questions came up. I was asked if I knew certain details about the job that I didn't. Overall, it was a positive experience.
