Candidate-reported interview process

It was a two stage interview, held in person at their nice offices. The people there were really friendly and professional. They asked a lot of relevant questions, and even though I didn't get the job, it was a good experience overall.

After applying on the website and filling out various sections, there was a phone interview to learn more about me. Then, I had a tour to see the shop, staff, and customers. Finally, there was an assessment centre which was very technical, with maths and motivational questions.

It was an average and usual interview process. Pretty normal, nothing exceptional, just fine. It went okay and there was nothing absurd. An average interview all around.
