The interview questions were pretty basic and straightforward, but it was a bit hard to get my career experience across. I had a really friendly interaction with the interviewers. The whole process was open format and everyone was really friendly. They responded very quickly with the outcome. I'm waiting for job role confirmation.

There was no initial phone or video call. Instead, I was asked to come in and give a presentation on my 100-day plan and do a competency-based interview. I also had to look at some score cards and figure out an action plan. The instructions said there were no right or wrong answers and they'd be watching how I tackled the main problems. Even though the job was for the Midlands, the interview was in London. Honestly, the feedback after felt really generic, and it seemed like I was just there to tick a diversity box.
