Candidate-reported interview process
First, I had to film a five minute video about an idea for ASDA. Then, the next interview was all about me giving examples of past experiences based on ASDA's values, some with good results and some with bad.
It was a few stages long. I don’t know much about it as I didn’t get the job in the end. But I’d assume a few stages here and there but you’d need to prep a lot.
It was easy and fast, and very clear and transparent. We went through a lot of questions and a few scenarios. Two people interviewed me and they explained everything really well. There was also a lot of number crunching involved.
