The process was really smooth and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The hiring team knew their stuff and were really kind. Overall, a great experience.
The interview process was a bit bizarre but manageable. I'm not sure how I ended up getting the job offer, but it is what it is. I think it's more about whether you fit in personally than anything else. It's not a pleasant company to work for.
They really wanted to know what I could do for them and what my responsibilities would be. They also asked about me personally. The interview was at least 30 minutes long.
