You start by submitting an online application. If that goes well, you'll take an online assessment. Pass that, and you'll get called in for an in-person interview with the manager. If you do well there, they'll make you an offer.
The interview process was straightforward and the questions were easy to answer. They asked about my experience, previous roles, and current employment status, as well as my availability during the week. Overall, it was a simple experience and the interviewer was very friendly.
The interview felt a little rushed, like they didn't have much time for me. We interviewed in a space that was more like a storage area than a proper interview room. The questions were similar to an online questionnaire, with a lot of tick-box type questions that seemed designed to filter out people who wouldn't blindly follow management's unreasonable demands or who wouldn't think for themselves.
