Candidate-reported interview process

It was a quick phone call, they asked about previous experience, why I would be a good fit and my availability. It was very relaxed and I didn't feel too much pressure.

I applied online and then got sent a job simulation test. After I finished the test, I got a call asking me to come in for an interview. I went in for the interview, and it was basically just asking me general questions about what makes good customer service.

We did a group interview where we were in a room answering questions and doing team activities to see how we worked in a group. If successful, we then went for an induction which involved watching videos and signing paperwork.
